1. What is the current wait time for an appointment?

The current availability for in-person psychological testing appointments is approximately 1 week.

2. How long does it take to receive the completed report?

The finalized PDF testing report is typically provided within 2 weeks of the evaluation.

3. What forms of payment are accepted?

All services are offered on a self-pay, flat-rate basis (see fee schedule for details) via check, credit card, or cash.

4. Do you provide documentation for insurance reimbursement?

Yes. A Superbill is provided upon completion of the evaluation for clients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider.

5. Are virtual (telehealth) services available?

Yes. The initial consultation/intake and the feedback session may be conducted virtually.
Some assessment components can also be administered virtually when clinically appropriate. Please contact the office to determine whether tele-assessment is suitable for your needs.

6. Is there an initial consultation?

Yes. A complimentary 30-minute phone consultation is provided to determine clinical fit and review the testing process.
