I wanted to provide July 2026 updates for Dr. Dan Laluna Psychological and Neuropsychological Testing Services.
As a friendly reminder, I provide comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. I test as young as 3-years-old and there is no age limit for my assessments.Â
My goal is to deliver thorough, compassionate, and timely evaluations that provide meaningful clinical answers and practical recommendations to support continued care.
I currently accept BCBS PPO, United Healthcare, and Aetna, as well as self-pay/private pay. I am pending with Cigna.Â

New patients can typically schedule an evaluation within an immediate 1–2 weeks (versus several months or more) of their initial phone call or email, eliminating the long waitlists that are common elsewhere. Plus, I verify benefits and provide a cost estimate for the entire testing process by the time of the initial testing appointment so there is financial transparency from the get goÂ
3. Comprehensive Reports with Fast Turnaround and Feedback/Results Sessions
Each evaluation includes a detailed report with individualized recommendations to support ongoing treatment and success. Recommendations may include referrals and information for:
Educational accommodations (IEP, 504 Plan, and College Level Accommodations for Students of all ages)
Individual, family, couples, or group therapy
Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP)
Psychiatric Medication ManagementÂ

Feedback sessions and completed reports are typically available within 2 business days to 2 weeks (versus standard 4 weeks or more) following the in-person testing appointment.
4. Specialized Early Childhood Evaluations
I have extensive experience evaluating children under 6 years old, including assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental functioning, cognitive abilities, attention, executive functioning, and ADHD. ADHD evaluations can be completed for children as young as 4 years old when clinically appropriate.
5. Direct Communication & Affordable Private-Pay Options
From the first phone call through the final feedback session, you will communicate directly with me. I remain personally involved throughout the entire evaluation process to ensure timely responses, continuity of care, and individualized support.
I also continue to offer the option a private-pay rate of $800 for individuals whose insurance I do not accept or who elect to not go through insurance. Payment plans and superbills are available.Â
